And today, I’m breaking down what it takes to build a daily sales ecosystem with your email list.

Why Email?

Data doesn’t lie.

While social media boasts a 2% conversion rate at best, email can convert 20% or higher, especially if you’ve spent time nurturing your email list community.

More conversions means more sales, and more consistency means daily results. 🙌

Here’s what I do (and what you can do too!):

1. Email Consistently - I send emails every day except Saturdays. Consistency is key! The more visible you are in your subscribers’ inboxes, the more trust and interest you build.
2. Organize Your Offers - How many products do you have? If you’ve got 4 (or more) self-study products, you can run evergreen promotions that rotate through each offer. Decide how often you want to sell each one—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
3. Make Your Promotions FUN (and Profitable!) - Take my “Fri-YAY Flashies.” Every Friday, my email community gets access to a 24-hour flash sale on my digital products. This not only drives sales, it keeps things exciting (who doesn’t love a deal!?).
4. Set Up Ever-Selling Funnels - You don’t have to run live promos all the time. Use automations to create ongoing nurturing and selling cycles (I’ve even set some up to run 12 months at a time!). For memberships, like my 1K Lab, I combine nurture emails with regular limited-time bonus offers—no discounts needed.
5. Always Be Selling, Even in Nurture - Even your non-sales emails should include a “soft sell”—a simple P.S. inviting readers to take the next step if they’re ready. It’s gentle, but effective!
