2.5 hours of bliss 🤩

Hey Reader,

Yesterday, I treated myself to a 2.5 hour treatment at a day spa here in Da Nang.

We've been here for 3 weeks and this is the first self-care thing I've done for myself.

Why does this matter?

Because if I don't take of myself, no-one else will.

And I needed it.

These past 3 weeks have been some of the toughest...

Dealing with being sick for almost a month (and my hubby even longer).

Moving countries.

Business plans going haywire.

Relationship issues.

Perimenopause symptoms ramping up.

Honestly, I haven't felt like myself. 😥

But those 2.5 hours yesterday.

I got re-centered.

Rested.

And I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 🌦️

My hope in sharing this is that if you've been putting off self-care, this is your reminder (and permission slip) that it's up to you.

You're responsible for your health...

Your wellbeing.

Your success or failure in business.

I find this both liberating and a little scary. 🫣

But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Keeps us on our toes. 👞
